Akynzeo is the first and only fixed combination antiemetic, composed of a NK1 receptor antagonist (RA) [either netupitant (oral) or fosnetupitant (intravenous)] and the 5-HT3 RA, palonosetron.
Aloxi is used since more than 20 years to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy (CINV).
