Our group policies reinforce the following areas:
- Bribery and corruption are prohibited in all business dealings. The Anti-Corruption Policy includes Helsinn’s global standards; and in some countries, more stringent applicable laws, regulations or industry codes supersede the principles set out in this Policy
- Conflict of Interest Policy provides guidance for avoiding actual and potential business, financial or other direct or indirect conflict of interest situations and to ensure that Helsinn can conduct its business in an ethical manner.
