Under her leadership, Helsinn successfully navigated a critical turnaround, delivering strong results and reinforcing its position in the global healthcare landscape. The Board of Directors and the entire Helsinn team extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Rolli for her dedication, vision, and impactful contributions. Dr. Rolli has worked with the new leadership for a smooth transition, and she will remain strategic advisor to the CEO and the Board.<\/p>\n<p>Returning to the helm as <strong>Chief Executive Officer<\/strong> is <strong>Riccardo Braglia<\/strong>, formerly Executive Chairman of Helsinn Group. With decades of experience in Pharma and a deep commitment to Helsinn\u2019s mission, Riccardo Braglia will lead the company into its next chapter, focusing on strategic expansion and innovation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Melanie Rolli<\/strong> added: <em>&#8220;It has been an honor to lead Helsinn through a period of deep transformation and growth.
