His appointment to the Board of Helsinn further reinforces the Braglia Family\u2019s continued commitment to shaping Helsinn\u2019s long-term development and supporting the company\u2019s vision for sustained success in the years ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Giacomo holds a Bachelor in Global Business Management from Regent\u2019s University London and a Master\u2019s Degree in International Marketing from Hult International Business School in London.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riccardo Braglia, Chairman and CEO of Helsinn, commented:<\/strong> \u201cAs a family-owned company, Helsinn has always been guided by a long-term vision.
