Stockholm, Sweden and Lugano, Switzerland, March 13, 2025<\/strong>\u00a0– AnaCardio, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel contractile agents to treat patients with heart failure and Helsinn Group (\u201cHelsinn\u201d), a global pharmaceutical company with a track record of over forty-five years of commercial execution and a strong focus in supportive care, oncology and dermato-oncology, today announced that European patent EP4346820 has been issued by the European Patent Office (EPO), securing the use of AC01\/HM01 as an inotropic agent. The patent is co-owned by AnaCardio AB and Helsinn Healthcare SA and provides protection in all major European markets. The expiry date of this patent is June 2, 2042.<\/p>\n
