Carbon Footprint

For the 5th consecutive year, Helsinn has offset 100% of its Scope 1, 2, 3 GHG emissions through Gold Standard certified projects — part of our long-term decarbonization commitment.

We measure our carbon footprint across all scopes:

• Scope 1: Direct emissions (e.g., fuel combustion, industrial processes)
• Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased energy
• Scope 3: Indirect emissions across the value chain (e.g., suppliers, logistics, travel, investments)

We have developed a decarbonization roadmap, approved by the Swiss Office for Energy,
and we are developing a SBTi decarbonization roadmap with specific, verified targets.
