The company combines state-of-the-art R&D with world-class manufacturing at Helsinn Birex Pharmaceuticals Ltd. in Ireland, while expanding its footprint through Helsinn Therapeutics (U.S.), Inc. in the United States and Helsinn Pharmaceuticals (Beijing) Co. Ltd. in China.
Our Group’s headquarters in Lugano oversees all central functions: corporate management, business development, R&D, manufacturing and CMC, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, legal, compliance and quality, finance and administration, commercial operations.
At our GMP facilities in Dublin, we develop and manufacture our finished dosage products and coordinate the Group supply chain platform.
Helsinn Therapeutics is an integrated pharmaceutical subsidiary, with commercial, medical, development and regulatory functions. It is engaged in the promotion and co-promotion of products in the U.S. market.
Helsinn Pharmaceuticals coordinates clinical and regulatory activities for the registration of new products with the NMPA, working with partners to commercialise our products, including co-detailing in Shanghai.
